Inspection Agency

A key aspect in the control of discharges is knowing the composition of the pollutant load and volume. A correct characterization will be useful in the maintenance of the sewage system, treatment plants and the receiving environment.

Industrial discharges control will allow us to:

• Ensure that WWTS discharges can meet EU directives.
• Protect the sewer pipes, the WWTS and the equipment from deterioration.
• Ensure that the sludges can be properly managed (metal control, disinfection).

The accreditations are issued by organizations internationally recognized after a process of technical and management audit in order to validate the working procedure.

Our commitment to the environment and our customers has led us to include the area of inspection in the working system. Labygema is currently accredited as:

Inspection agency (Certificate 275/EI442) according to the criteria in the UNE-EN-ISO 17020 standard and accredited by ENAC. The accreditation scope includes inspection activities in the environmental area for wastewater:

• - Inspection
• - Simple sample
• - Determination of temperature on-site, pH, conductivity and dissolved oxygen
• - Verification of the compliance according to the concentration of pollutants
